Travelled with my family, spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. Queen room was new-fashioned and spotless. Excellent and particularly good location, it was adjacent to a tube station.
Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the hotel's ambiance.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially when it comes to providing assistance and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.

No complaints whatsoever, thoroughly enjoyed my fairly nice stay and would love to come back. It was an excellent place. the location was convenient and marvellous, near to a tube station. Plus the hotel was near to restaurants and a coffee house.
